Work with me, this is what we will do:
- We will spend the first half day understanding your values and personal history surrounding the area of life.
- The second day we will spend the whole day in doing an intervention, healing, and breaking through
- We will finish the day reflecting on how to integrate the learnings and apply them to your life.

Our heart-centered and evidence-based approach invites self-compassion, love and joy as the pillars upon which our best life is realized. Our holistic process-centered strategies invite an experience that is revealing and challenging at times but, in the end, is also rewarding, fulfilling and life-changing.

Our sessions run from 60-90 minutes.

Our fees are $350 per session or $3000.00 for 10 sessions.

When we are in unfulfilled relationships, struggle with money issues, experience a sense of disconnection, persistent sadness or feeling stuck in life... we might be going through repetitive conflicts or find ourselves in situations that we don't know how to resolve.

With a Family Constellation we can look for hidden causes and entanglements with specific ancestors in your family system. This will bring to light, where you might have been loyal to family beliefs, values or limitations.

Once a picture appears about a past event from previous generations, you'll get to acknowledge unexpressed feelings and barriers in your family system, to then release the pain that is alive in you, but in reality belongs to the past.

The freed-up energy is now available for you to be used, without the weight of your ancestor's limitations. You now have a chance to live a full live with this new awareness.
