You will experience transformational coaching in our work together. You will be supported, encouraged, and challenged to uncover and live into your best life, embracing changes and managing transitions. We can also explore the use of assessment tools (e.g. personality, career, strengths) to enhance your learning and growth.

This is the initial session for all new clients. In this session, we will design alliance, go through the Wheel of Life, and pull out your values and work on your purpose.

Having worked with entrepreneurs, corporate executives, athletes, artists, and everyone in-between we have helped all of our clients discover the impact of realizing your best-self when built upon service, compassion, empathy, as well as, emotional and physical well-being and safety.

Our process invites self-awareness, connection, love and joy as the pillars upon which our best-self is realized. We create a safe and inclusive environment while our clients engage in an experience that is revealing and challenging at times but, in the end, is also rewarding, fulfilling and life-changing.

Our sessions run from 60-90 minutes.

Our fees are $350 per session or $3000.00 for 10 sessions.

Five (5) Biofield Tuning Sessions, 1 hr ea

Coaching to support you in your life changes. I can help you with your ‘now what?’ questions as you navigate your work or life challenges and transitions so you can have more clarity on how to move forward purposefully and with self-integrity.

In this session, you will get clear on:
