A meditation and yoga teacher, an adventurer at
heart, I was introduced to the practice of yoga and meditation when I was 15 by my mother.
Having gone through mental health challenges, I know firsthand the importance of implementing a mindfulness practice, and how it can be a tool through difficult times.
I studied with mindfulness and yoga teachers in Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Canada and USA, and have been an instructor in the wellness space in North America, Asia and Europe for the last 7 years. I received over 400 hours of yoga teacher training.
I have worked with corporate clients such as Amazon, Netflix, LinkedIn, UBS, Cathay Pacific and more.
It truly is my passion to share this life changing practice with those who resonate so life can be lived with more ease and grace.
