I am currently practicing Dolores Cannon’s QHHT method of past life regression & healing, Level I. I am working toward my requirement of 25 sessions to become eligible to continue onto Level II with the guidance of Julia Cannon and her team, who are extensions of Dolores’s work.
QHHT is a past life regression experience. QHHT is the deepest level of hypnosis reaching the somnambulistic state of consciousness. The somnambulistic state occurs twice a day - being, before you wake and before you fall asleep. QHHT gives us access to the soul self, which is the all knowing part of ourselves. During a QHHT session, we are able to communicate with this part of ourselves, referred to as “The Subconscious”. The Subconscious resides beyond our conscious mind.
