As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist & Educator, mixed with a coffee addict, chip lover, & regular-struggling-human-like-you, I was introduced to the world of natural nutrition after being diagnosed with celiac disease. After starting a strict gluten-free diet and lifestyle, I have been guided into this career path, and I'm very grateful for that.
My dietary restriction has provided me with a lens of freedom; freedom from confusion about health and wellness. I know exactly what my unique body needs, and now I want to share my health wealth with you! I feel privileged nutrition is my passion and am excited to share what I have learned.

Affordable accessibility is the pillar of my healing offerings. I teach simple, mindful, clean habits through a lens of compassion, empathy and acceptance; nutritional health should not be a luxury item.
You can count on me for accountability and advice, and expect to have a call every 4-5 weeks over the course of 3-6 months.

Follow up conversations are recommended every 3-5 weeks, and often 3-4 sessions in total are sufficient to make lasting change. Therefore expect to work with me for at least three months to gain freedom from your symptoms.
Remember, it took months to feel your worst, and it will take months to feel your best again. Holistic health improvements are designed to be sustainable, simple, and straightforward. You won't notice many, "overnight changes," but your point A to point B will be an exciting relief.
In our follow up calls we chat about your current situation and relate it back to your primary concerns and goals. What is working, and what is not? We may have to adjust our approach or build on the habits that are already working.
Be prepared to face your setbacks and celebrate your successes. Honesty and determination will allow us to take your health to the next level.
Book a conversation or 15 minute discovery call to discuss your current cooking skills, main health concern, and 1-3 homemade meals that will directly address and balance your symptoms.
After our initial chat I will provide a list of groceries and kitchen equipment needed, and we will book you in for a 75 minute video cooking tutorial where I make the same meals as you in my kitchen. Our cooking session will focus on skill improvement and introducing new healthy foods into your regular diet. At the end of 75 minutes you will have a nourishing meal with enough leftovers and instructions to make 1-2 other meals with what you cooked.
Price for lesson, groceries are additional.
During our initial conversation, we clarify your main concerns and health goals. We will talk at length about your health history. I will teach you how past experiences have shaped the set of symptoms you are currently experiencing.
In this session we tap into your intuition about your health. I'll ask you to share your thoughts and gut feelings, and provide a sounding board for your inner healing wisdom to come through.
By the end of the session you will have three main habits or dietary strategies to work on. This may be as simple as drinking more water and creating a bed-time routine. Alternatively we may add or remove foods in your diet, switch up timing of eating, or the way in which you eat. Your main action item could simply be focusing on breath.
