Born and raised on Canada's West Coast, I was privileged to have a loving, comfortable upbringing, good education, and relationships. Yet, in my mid-twenties, I began to question what I believed was my life’s journey—to follow in the footsteps of my family, culture, and societal expectations. I felt a niggling inside & became aware of something more I was meant to tap into, to understand, to actualize who I was meant to be & what I was truly meant to do in my life. Thus my quest began.
On my search for life’s meaning and purpose over the past 50 + years, I explored many self-help and personal growth practices and paths for my own self-development & supported others on their way to knowing & understanding themselves better.
While exploring other cultures & perspectives, I came to realize life is a creative conversation with something greater. This discovery has guided me to support others in examining & bringing awareness to their own purpose & fulfilling their dreams.
In this process you're invited to begin to move from your head to your heart, from the stress of self-criticism & doubt to more self-acceptance & trust. MOVING INTO ACTION
I had a great session with Daya. She helped me discover my intention and what I wanted to work on. We also came up with an action that would work for me when I'm feeling stressed out. Talking through things with Daya had been relieving because it let out all of this stress without judgement from anyone else involved in our conversation - including myself. I would recommend this to anyone who wants someone to talk to or need guidance on the process through self-discovery into something more manageable.
