About Me

Born and raised in the Canadian Prairies by two loving parents that emigrated from the Philippines.

Throughout my childhood, they exposed me to playing instruments, sports, dance, multiple cultures and traditional Filipino Cultures. I love that I can speak my native tongue because of my exposure at a young age. I was in private schools my whole life. My parents were especially kind and I value that to this day. They were both teachers that transitioned into entrepreneurs then into community leaders. Witnessing the value of being there for a community who couldn’t speak for themselves or have to courage to do it, inspires me to this day.

In 2018 I decided to take a stand for myself and build the life that I’ve always wanted and in this process, I’ve found purpose and meaning.

My purpose is to be a brave and present leader that is guided by love & gratitude. And to be an example of what's possible so that I impact millions of people to live a life of joy and connection

Healing Approach

We are all born with unlimited potential.

What gets in the way of us living potent lives is what we made the environment around us mean.

In order for us to get back to this ultimate confidence is to become aware of these meanings which have created safe responses to all that we do. These include relationships with money, people, parents, strangers work, health...

We are living in a place of constant change our innate ability to adapt is diminished by our beliefs, habits, and thoughts.

In order for us to reclaim our power back is change our beliefs, habits, and thoughts. It can be difficult because of the way our brain is wired (which is to survive and focus on pleasurable outcomes).

So my approach is 3 ways, Through conscious habits via coaching, Subconscious programming, and energy healing.

These modalities allow clients to feel free, empowered, and living in possibility.
