An explorer of consciousness and the mind, a student of life, and a generalist at heart. I'm known for being a chef curating multi-sensory experiences for the top brands and tech companies in Vancouver. After going through multiple long and intense burnouts, I embarked on a deep healing and rediscovery journey.
My intention is to combine my education in psychology and sociology, my meditation journey and all of my past life experiences to provide offerings that reconnect people to themselves. Empowerment is key -- being dependent on apps, teachers, healers isn't the answer. All of your well-being is within you.
☯️ bridging east and west
🚶trauma-informed
I've been meditating since I was 8, but it wasn't until my 30s that meditation shifted from being a relaxation technique to something much more profound and innate. This journey has shown me subtle traps and misunderstandings surrounding mindfulness. My intention is to get underneath the surface layer and into the depth of the practice.
I believe human beings are fundamentally good and designed to thrive -- and at the same time, many things can get in the way of us tapping into that inherent goodness, health and well-being. I offer space and guidance to create the conditions necessary for you to reconnect to your wholeness. So that you can create the conditions in your life for you to be well. To thrive.
Come as you are. All are welcome.
