Born and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia, I have always had a passion for fitness, health, and nutrition.
From a young age, I have struggled with chronic digestive issues. It was always challenging and frustrating trying to work out, mentally and physically, what was going on with my body. There was also never any balance -- sometimes I felt fine and some episodes required medical attention. One thing was certain: food always seemed to play a critical role, and was either contributing to my suffering or wellbeing. Overall, these experiences forced me to look at nutrition in a different way and empowered me to take charge of my physical and mental health by making changes in my diet.
My own experience to finding food freedom has driven my passion to help others find health through food, in a balanced and sustainable way.

Balance. Simplicity. Realistic.
We are all unique individuals with specific nutritional requirements and deserve an approach to health and healing from a holistic perspective.
The Middle Method is about finding a “middle ground” with nutrition and wellness that works best for you.
It’s not a one size fits all model or following a trendy diet. Life is all about balance and balance is about creating a sustainable way of living that ensures you succeed -- in the long run.
Created after years of struggling with digestive issues, my approach is to educate, support and empower individuals to take charge of their health.
Working together, we will make sustainable changes and create healthy habits to help you enjoy life and your relationship with food.
Real change doesn’t happen overnight.

Through one-on-one nutritional consultations, we will work together to address your health concerns and develop a plan to bring your body back into balance.
The Initial Consultation is the first step in working together. The initial consult includes two sessions:
Session #1 | Intake Session:
•One initial 60 minute consultation
•Health history and assessment
•Nutritional intake and assessment
Session #2 | Plan Delivery:
•One 30 minute follow up session to review the customized plan outlining dietary and lifestyle recommendations, as well as supplement recommendations if needed.
•A custom one-week or three-week meal plan, recipes and grocery list can be included (see meal planning).
One-on-one consultations to address fitness and nutrition goals.
This may include optimal nutrition for exercise training, competition, recovery from exercise, weight management, body composition goals, hydration, immunity and supplementation.
Follow-up sessions provide continued support towards your health and wellness goals.
As these goals evolve over time, we will work together and build on the foundation by making sustainable changes.
