My name is Monika Marguerite Lux. I am an intuitive trauma transformation coach and motivator with The BalanCHIng® Method, who helps especially young moms and teenagers break free from anxiety, social phobia, depression and PTSD.
Monika Marguerite Lux is the originator of the BalanCHIng® Method which she developed over many years. She is best known for her innate ability to intuitively identify the root cause of patterns keeping individuals stuck. Over the past decade, countless individuals have experienced deeply transformative and long-term shifts from her integrative formula of intuitive counseling combined with expressive art therapy and meridian tapping.
Monika’s great passion is bringing healing to all those who are dealing with trauma, grief and anxiety. She helps her clients to find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships so they can know themselves as peaceful, complete, whole and safe.

Knowing that no single approach is the right one for every individual, she has been trained in a range of modalities and artfully intuitively combines western and eastern philosophies.
Her educational background includes a German MA in Applied Psychology focused on Expressive Art Therapy and Applied Kinesiology (Touch Of Health, Brain Gym, EFT Tapping etc.), a Canadian Certification in Professional Counseling, a Diploma as a Relaxation Therapist focused on Qigong and Guided Meditation/Hypnosis, a Certificate in Systemic (Family) Constellations and numerous other energy healing titles like Usui Reiki Master, Matrix Energetics and Reconnection Practitioner.
In addition to her private practice, Monika is a blogger, speaker and author.
As a professional photographer, her most favorite non-traditional way of practicing meditation is to embark on a photo-taking spree in nature.

The first picture of the cards tells you a story about the things you have to pay attention to right now in your life. Whenever the flow of the story is interrupted, it will be necessary to look at past events, trauma, trapped emotions and belief patterns that make you stuck.

Reiki is a spiritually guided life-force energy, an energy that flows through all living beings.
Hand gestures and the intentions of the healer move energy around in the body. When energy is flowing strong again, the ailment of that area disappears. Reiki is closely linked to the Meridians of Chinese Traditional Medicine, as well as the 7 Chakras of the body.
Reiki is a holistic healing practice and as such does not work symptomatically. Instead, Energy Healing works on the whole body and aids the already magnificent healing powers of the body by placing them back into alignment.
I often have visions and receive messages I like to share in a debrief. Often deep trauma can be released after a session.
The amazing benefit of The BalanCHIng Method is that you don’t have to repeatedly “relive” the trauma in order to release it.

Any kind of trauma can have long term effects (PTSD) and each individual is different in the way they react. Sometimes a trauma is hidden in order to protect a person and there is no “conscious” memory. Sometimes the memory can become conscious later in life with a specific trigger and in some cases never consciously remembered. In any case, it does not make the trauma less severe or have less impact on a person's life.

It's about movement, rhythm, synchronicity, sound, story, enactment and community-- and most of all, the senses as sources of embodied awareness.
