Be A Dime Energy Management is a training program that builds the tools--skills, knowledge, and habits of mind--to help you successfully manage your energy and build your personal and professional capacity.
The training program includes:
🌟 12-15 hours of one-on-one coaching through the three Stages of Be A Dime Energy Management curriculum with a certified Energy Management Coach.
🌱 Stage 1: understand and establish technical practices for increasing your physical and emotional energy, recognizing that energy = willpower, capacity, and confidence
🌿 Stage 2: identify and recognize patterns; reflect on values; set and manifest capacious goals
🌳 Stage 3: maintain specific techniques that will reinforce increased energy, mindfulness, and positive alignment between your daily habits and ‘true north’ vision.
