After the initial consultation, you will be able to enroll in a monthly subscription. It takes time to bring balance back to the body so there is a required initial commitment of 3 months. What’s included each month:

- A follow up session where we will go over your follow up form, any testing done, anything else you’d like to chat about and make any changes to your personalized protocol. The follow up form will allow you to reflect on the last couple of weeks and help keep track of your journey
- Length of each follow up session is ~45-60 mins
- Retesting of functional labs may also be done to measure progress
- An email check-in in between appointments
- Support via email if anything comes up in between follow ups and check-ins during standard business hours Monday to Friday. Responses will be within 24-48 business hours
