Health Coaching entails uncovering the underlying issues that may be preventing a client from following through with their health and wellness goals and forming lifestyle changes and new healthy habits that can lead to changes that stick. A health coach can help you improve a broad range of health issues such as weight loss, stress reduction, management of chronic medical conditions, improving diet and exercise, and stopping addictive behaviour. There is overlap between what a health coach and a life coach do, but a life coach’s work includes career and executive coaching.
